G.N. Bajpai

Mr. Bajpai was previously the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), two of the most prominent positions in the country. He is known for his visionary leadership and exemplary integrity.

He has served as a non-executive chairman and director on corporate boards in India and abroad, has received awards for his contribution to business, and has authored several books. Mr. Bajpai has been chairman of the Corporate Governance Task Force of IOSCO and chairperson of the Insurance Institute of India (III).
