Puneet Dalmia

Puneet is the Managing Director & CEO of Dalmia Bharat Group, a leading Indian conglomerate in cement, sugar, and refractories. Since 2004, he has led the Group's transformation with a focus on sustainable growth, innovation, and nation-building.

Earlier in his career, Puneet co-founded JobsAhead.com, one of India's most successful dotcom ventures. He has received several industry honors, including EY's Entrepreneur of the Year (2017) and Business Today's Best CEO in Cement (2024), and chairs the Development Council for Cement Industry set up by the Government of India. A Chartered Accountant, he holds a B.Tech from IIT-Delhi and an MBA from IIM-Bangalore, where he was a gold medallist.
